Director’s Message
The creation of the Los Angeles County Health Agency by the Board of Supervisors brings together our three Los Angeles County health departments — the Departments of Health Services, Mental Health and Public Health.
The promise of the Health Agency is that by being “together,” we can work together to streamline access and enhance customer experience for those who need services from more than one department or specialty area.
This website showcases the 8 focus areas of the Health Agency and provides a service locator to help site users quickly find the right clinical service, whether a County-operated clinic or County-affiliated mental health or substance use service center.
Through coordinated efforts to address the County’s most pressing health issues, the Health Agency is reaching into our diverse communities to deliver more patient-centered, responsive and effective services to residents.
